Yes, if your child is 18 years old or older, they must submit their own application and be included on the lease.
The application fee is $40. After submitting your application, you can schedule tours of available properties and arrange a FaceTime session with our Property Manager if you have any questions. Once you choose a property, we will qualify you and notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will need to pay the first month's rent to secure the property.
Most properties allow pets; however, a few homeowners do not. We do not have any breed or size restrictions, as our new insurance covers all dog breeds.
Yes, there is a one-time $250 pet fee per pet and a monthly $25 pet rent.

The return of your deposit depends on the condition of the property after you move out. We have up to 30 days to prepare the deposit disposition, and you can expect to receive your deposit payment at the end of this 30-day period.
You can pay rent by dropping off a money order or cashier's check, or using our online portal with a credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.
The property manager will automatically email you 30 days before your lease expires with renewal documents to sign.
If you break the lease early, you will be charged one month's rent and forfeit your security deposit.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. A $25 late fee is charged on the 6th, with an additional $5 per day until the rent is paid in full.
